The Golden Key Realty has been serving the southland community dedicated primarily to the residential real estate market in the county of Los Angeles.
Jose R. Collantes, its founder, has been in real estate since 1992. He started his career with Broker Don Baxter at Century 21 All Realty in Torrance. In 1994 he joined Paul Ares’ team at Realty World Action in the city of Bell.
In 1998 The Golden Key Realty was created under Jose’s brokerage. He has combined his real estate business with his passion for teaching. He has taught math at one of our school districts in southern California. He holds a bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, a mathematics teacher credential, and
a master degree in education.
Located in the city of Whittier, The Golden Key Realty is currently affiliated with Rancho South East Association of Realtors. In 2021, Jose got the California Department of Real Estate NMLS endorsement to operate as Mortgage Loan Originator. Since then, this part of his business has been conducted under the brokerage of Miguel Vazquez, the Mortgage Broker of Home Central Financial In Downey. The Golden Key Realty’s mission is to offer real estate quality services to the community and brokerage services to Realtors with 100% commission plans at reduced broker fees.
